Cheque/Bank

Pvt. Ltd.” payable at Delhi/New Delhi banks
only. Outstation cheques shall not be accepted.

The
prices are firm and are not subject to any escalation.

No
Extra Charges will be charged except for change,
if any, on account of upward revision of EDC.

The
prices are inclusive of External Development Charges
(EDC) at the present rate. However, in case of any
increase in EDC by the Govt. of Haryana, such increase
will be paid extra by the buyer.

The
area to be sold is approximate.
- Preferential
Location Charges (PLC) – corner plot or park
facing – Rs.30,000/- and Interest Free Maintenance
Security (IFMS) @ Rs.25000/- per floor will be charged
extra and will be paid in lumpsum before possession.

The
company would pay penalty to its customers @ Rs.5/-
per sq.ft. per month for any delay in handing over
the Floor beyond the committed period of 18 months
from the date of commencement of construction. Similarly,
the flat owner would be liable to pay holding charges
@ Rs.5/- per sq.ft. per month if he fails to take
possession within 30 days from the date of issue
of occupation certificate.
- The
other terms & conditions of sale would be as per
your standard Flat Buyer Agreement, draft of which
I/we have seen.
- The
prices are applicable from 30th August, 2007.
