The
above prices are inclusive of the External
Development Charges (EDC) at present rate.
In case of any upward revision thereof
by the Govt. Agencies in the future, the
same shall be recovered on pro-rata basis.

The
prices are firm and not subject to any escalation.

No
extra charges will be charged except for
change, if any, on account of
upward revision of EDC (note 1).

Prices
indicated above are subject to revision
at the discretion of the company. Price
ruling on the date of booking and acceptance
by the company shall be applicable.

Prices,
terms and conditions stated herein are
merely indicative with view to acquaint
the applicant and are not exhaustive. For
detailed terms and conditions, please refer
to the application form, and the flat buyer
agreement.

The
company would pay penalty to its customers
@Rs.5/- per sq. ft. per month for any delay
in handing over the flat beyond the committed
period of 12 months block wise from the
date of commencement of construction. Similarly
the flat owner would be liable to pay the
holding charges @Rs.5/- per sq. ft. if
he fails to take possession with in 30
days from the date of issue of letter of
possession.
